Fingers crossed for some vouchers or a refund after the awful service. That’s a sensible plan with the savings. I find it hard as I always think even 4% isn't very much on a few hundred pounds, but it’s silly not to, even a few pounds more is worth having.

SA I have never seen anything like it. They just weren’t bothered. I know they’re on peanuts and it’s hard to get staff since Covid but if that’s how they treat customers they don’t deserve custom. And they didn’t know at that stage we were partly paying with vouchers. Customers were looking  from table to table in disbelief.
I know WW it’s still not much in comparison to the interest rates on mortgages, but I might as well get something rather than nothing.

First appointment of the day is done and dusted. I walked to GPs had the blood test, ordered a repeat prescription and called in Aldi I was home within an hour. Hopefully the low levels the hospital found of one component a couple of weeks ago was just a glitch. This afternoon I’m at local hospital for an ankle injection. I’ll be so pleased when it’s done as I really done like it and the ankle is  really playing up. It’s when I first get going and after I’ve walked rather than when I’m actually walking. Plus I can’t stand still for long. It gave me a new lease of life last time….so I’m hoping for the same. 

I want to clear my coffee table before I head out….my ‘stuff’ is piling up and it’s in danger of engulfing my chair which is by the side.

It went much better than last time….not nearly as painful and not as swollen 😀 it’s quite sore now though but in a slightly different place. I thought they were going to make me sit there hours though as my BP was quite high I sat about an hour and it was coming down. I’ve got to keep an eye on it and have promised to get in touch with my GP if it doesn’t come down a fair bit. The week or so I’ve had I’m not surprised it’s high 😂😂 
£15 spent on bus fare and a taxi as they told me not to drive today.
