Oh that's great news about the test results - even though you were pretty sure you knew what they would be, there's always that faint niggly doubt isn't there!

Yes there is always that doubt they would find something nasty. I was more worried last year when I had to undergo the same procedure in the stump left from surgery and since they found a condition in the stump it made sense to me that it could be in the intestines above the stoma too…which turned out to be the case. Anyway that’s it for another couple of years.😀
I am just so tired today…..it’s been a knitting and napping sort of day. I should have gone to aqua aerobics but cancelled, I’ve also cancelled tomorrow. I find if I can do something I enjoy, I can tend to go overboard ….welll…….just because I can 😏 BUT I realised I’m doing too much so have listened to my body and am chilling.
I need to pop to get some veg for a duck ( 😂😂😂😂😂 spell check just changed last word from a ‘u’ in the midddle to an ‘i’😳😳) stir fry for tea. I think I’ll drive around as it’s very hot out there and I’m not acclimatised to the yellow thing in the sky that gives off heat 🌞
I saw something yesterday that I haven’t seen for years…..a street cleaning van - the ones with the rotating brushes  went around the streets yesterday. They didn’t go as far as sucking the rubbish from down the drains but I thought they’d stopped cleaning the streets it’s so long since I’ve seen them out and about.
I registered for you gov yesterday. Hopefully I won’t get screened out as I did when I was with toluna. Watch this space.

Not a lot happening here. We went on the tram to the big market at the end of the line on Saturday. I wanted some salmon and there’s a great food hall there. I got the salmon which looks lovely £30 but will last a long time. I resisted lots of lovely food. Then yesterday we went to seaside town an hour or so away to watch the air show. The weather was much better than I expected, we saw the red arrows and a different display team, along with the Battle of Britain (replica I think) planes which are incredible. We finished at our favourite cafe 😀
This morning was aqua and I really do think it’s lessening some of the stiffness I have….. I just pace myself and use minute dumbbells 💪😂😂 There are different instructors but I think I prefer the fella we had today as he plays Motown music 😃
Not much else to report…need to do some number crunching

Thanks SSG. WW it was a lovely unexpected day trip.
Today I’ve been to see my brother on the tram. I walked to the tram station and to his house from the tram about 3 miles…..might as well make the most of the good ankle after the steroid injection 😀 Dh met me at the spoons across the road from the tram station and we had tea there.
I’ve no idea what has got into me this week food wise…..every one of my good intentions has gone out of the window. I’ve not stopped snacking on rubbish. I haven’t been as bad as this for ages….buuuuttttt…..I haven’t been listening to the tapes I got earlier this year. Not sure if that’s just coincidence or if the tapes actually keep me focussed.
I’m planning a cook off tomorrow….lamb with chickpea and preserved lemons, Spanish style chicken and chicken and leek cobbler. Dd and the gks are coming next week so I want to have some food I can just take out of the freezer to save messing about whilst they’re here. I might as well fill the oven whilst it’s on.
