that's a good idea to do your tidy up on a Wednesday like that to give the option of flexibility for weekend plans too.

£6 spent in Ald!  on butter, milk and bread making my March spends £35. Need a big shop at C@stc@ soon so will be a spendy month.
Its not looking good for SlimmingWorld tomorrow. I ate out lots and had cake several times in York and once I was home I was still in holiday mode. Dh suggested a walk in the sunshine today which was lovely but we ended up in my favourite Turkish cafe where we had dinner. I am totally wiped out now though and I do that walk pretty regularly. I definitely did too much last weekend - feel like I’ve been kicked around the middle 😳
A friend rang earlier offering us some of her mum’s baby fish so we want to give the tank a spring clean and get new plants tomorrow. We’ve been threatening it for ages and seems like a good incentive. The plants we have atm are certainly past their best.

As expected 1 1/2 lb on. We had a great laugh this morning and it’s motivated me to keep at it 👍 At least I didn’t put all the 2 1/2 I lost last week back on. That’s what happens when you scoff too much cheesecake and meals out 🙄

Beanie somebody recently told me it’s not hard to loose weight we just need to persevere…mmmmmm…..not sure what I think about that 😏 I’ll keep at it and see what happens….it makes sense 🤷🏻‍♀️

Totally agree SA…..my trouble is I’m doing this every other week and getting nowhere fast 😂😂😂 me thinks I’m having too much fun 😂😂😂
Ive just taken some lamb out of the freezer and will make a Jamie recipe with chickpeas and preserved lemons tomorrow. I haven’t made it for a good while and really looking forward to it.
I helped Dh sort the fish tank yesterday, we added some new plants - it looks nicer than I’ve seen it look for a while, I do enjoy watching the fish.
ive had my eye on the weather forecast for next week. When I first looked it said we were having snow Sunday night and every day for the following 4 days 😳 thankfully it looks as if it’s changed to rain until Thursday……I’m hoping that will change to rain too. Real don’t like the white slippy stuff.

The weather forecast for here did say snow at one point but it seems to have changed to mostly rain now with a bit of sleet. Hope it's right.
