Thankyou Sarahwith love and welcome 👍
Weighed this morning at home as I went out for ds birthday yesterday and had a 3 course meal of anything I fancied. I have stayed on plan other than that. The biggest thing for me has been no snacking 😁👍. I have tried really hard to cut the constant grazing out and concentrate on meals. Anyway the scales said I’ve lost 2 1/2 since I weighed at SW on Friday. I’m pretty sure this isn’t the case so have invested in a new battery for my scales and will weigh tomorrow morning.
It’s been an expensive weekend. I’ve spent an extra £140 - going out yesterday ( we got a good January deal though and saved over £25 😁👍), petrol this morning and £10 on milk and veg. I also paid £20 on windows as I owed last time too and had the insides done again….that comes out of my incidental cash pot though and I’ll count that at the end of the month.

I sometimes snack, but count it….so it’s mindful snacking 🤣 if I have something now, it’s less left for the next meal. That seems to work. Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

That’s my big downfall Beanie….my meals are generally ok…although I do eat out a fair bit these days 😉 but when I’m in on my own I just graze all day…..I’m getting better 👍January spends - £587.580

No cash spent today.
Made a bottom of the fridge veg, chicken and lentil soup. It was delicious. I’ve not made soup for ages. Tonight I’m doing a beef stir fry with noodles, pak Choi, bean sprouts, ginger and broccoli. Not had a stir fry for ages either. I’ve had a bit of a surge in enthusiasm recently as I’d got in a rut with all sorts of things…..onwards and upwards 👍

Oh forgot to say I put a new battery in the scales and it showed I’d lost 1 1/2 lb since Friday. I’m not weighing again though until I actually go to weigh in on Friday.January spends - £587.580

😂😂 Yes I like my new scale batteries too. I’m going to give the scales at SW my best Paddington stare….no intention of a gain this week - even after a 3 course meal at weekend 👍 The old batteries we’re definitely on the blink - going up and down by half a stone in seconds….it was pot luck where it landed 😂😂January spends - £587.581
