  • Mr SA could well be right about the jabs making him tired. The day after my flu jab I felt dreadful, no energy, couldn't get warm, headache & very tired. Hoping the covid one on Tuesday is better.

    Ah beetroot burgers. I have a few beetroot will make some...free-styling unless you have a recipe?
    When my foot is back to normal I will be starting a dance class locally. There is a very popular one here. Hoping it will help with my mood and energy through the winter

    Unfortunately the beetroot burger was ready made from Lid! so no recipe. 

    Dancing is a fantastic mood booster I find. 
    I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)
