Mr SA could well be right about the jabs making him tired. The day after my flu jab I felt dreadful, no energy, couldn't get warm, headache & very tired. Hoping the covid one on Tuesday is better.

When my foot is back to normal I will be starting a dance class locally. There is a very popular one here. Hoping it will help with my mood and energy through the winter

Unfortunately the beetroot burger was ready made from Lid! so no recipe.

Dancing is a fantastic mood booster I find.
