I would post a link to the recipe but I see it isn't available online just in the book. Here's a link to a photo of it though so you can get the general gist of it: Sumac Salmon and Bulgur Wheat Bake - Pinch Of Nom
I air fried the salmon separately with the sumac rubbed in as I didn't want the skin touching the rest of it. I remove the skin when it's cooked. I roasted a load of veg separately and added the bulgur wheat and chickpeas later.
Mr SA's outfit arrived for DS's wedding. He thinks the trousers are slightly too big, even though he struggled getting them on and the top is slightly too tight in his opinion. So I've re-ordered the trousers in a size smaller and the top in a size bigger. They're due to arrive on Friday so he can try them on and decide which fit he prefers before I return the unsuitable ones. Neither of the items is in stock in the physical store so he couldn't just go in and try them on and do a straight swap. Both items look nice and smart as much as can be. It's not easy for Mr SA to look smart as he's such an odd shape, he stoops quite a bit and just sort of dangles so it spoils the line somewhat.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)5 -

That looks gorgeous. Will swap out the bulgar for quinoa and love courgettes. Can't wait to give it a go. Thanks
Hope the sizes pan out for Mr SA's outfit for DS's wedding

I love that you did three nights' worth of hulahooping in one go! I hope you had disco lights and a glitter ball to add to the party vibe!

Afternoon all.
Worked in the office this morning and doing the afternoon shift from home. No more pounding the pavements until Friday woo hoo. Not enjoying walking to work in the dark. It's so dark on the road where I live that I'm considering using a torch as I couldn't see where I was going this morning. There's a long stretch of the road where it's the park on one side and just bushes no houses on the other side and no street lights. Once I get to the end of my road it's a main road which is well lit.
Walked to work listening to the Small Ways to Live Well podcast which is a lovely podcast covering all sorts of seasonal topics like recipes, nature, gardening, crafts, etc and a short story.
Not a NSD as I've got a Mr M delivery coming later.
Today's exercise was walking to/from work, the dance challenge (or maybe hooping) and resistance bands tonight.
Tonight's dinner is a portion of yellow split pea curry from freezer stocks.
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)5 -
Yes a torch might be a good idea. What about a head torch? Especially if its bushes on one side, you never know who might be hiding in them. Perhaps talk to yourself, so anybody would think you were on the phone, a lot safer. Maybe don't put your podcast on till you get to the well lit main road. I won't listen to stuff when I walk across the park.Making the debt go down and savings go up
