    Well done on the freebies (someone will have to start a thread on using up freebie potatoes as I think a few of us have benefitted from them now!). Saving the free coffee till Friday is a lovely idea.

    It’s on the app on the Octoplus tab. The codes usually go live just after 6am and you need to be quick. I usually activate mine around 6.15 on. Monday and you have a week to use it. 
    I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)

    Black trainers for every day wear here, but I always got brighter ones for running because I felt like they made me run faster  :D

    I wear bright coloured trainers for exercise but black ones do seem more sensible for winter. Although I tend to wear Sk*ch**s boots when its really cold as find trainers don't keep my feet warm.
