Glad you put Mr SA right!  Shame he didn't volunteer to help out more.

A bit unfair to begrudge you that small pleasure

  • A very reasonable response to Mr SA.
And I presume when you say 'we'll be all packed up for Ibiza' you mean you and the dog 😁

The beetroot bourguignon was absolutely gorgeous and I made enough so there’s lunch for tomorrow.

My arms feel really floppy after the strength training class tonight and I can hardly lift them 🤣

I've been the same as you with disorientation because of the Bank Holiday SA. I phoned my pedicure salon yesterday a few times yesterday to book an appointment and wondered why they weren't answering. I then realised it was the holiday and they weren't working....
The airport lounge sounds like it will pay for itself in less worry for you at the airport. As you say, you can leave Mr SA happily munching his bacon rolls and you can have a nice wander round the shops.
Glad to hear he got his free doughnut!🍩
