I couldn’t resist the gnomes. I’ve got a gravelled area of my garden dedicated to kitsch with flamingos and another sunbathing gnome so they’ll go well there.I’ve had a busy day, starting with sorting out my holiday clothes to the point where I’m more or less packed, then a Zumba class followed by the trip to Mr T.I’ve caved in and have agreed to take Mr SA to Primani tomorrow as he has added canvas shoes and a hat to his list and he really needs to try these on as he has very weird feet. He’s already planning a coffee shop visit and is super excited 😬I’ve told him we need to be in and out like the SAS as there’s a big football match on and town will be busy from lunchtime onwards. The otter is definitely an otter or otters apparently, the local paper are onto it now and there’s a photo. It’s been sighted a comfortable distance away from where we are so I don’t think I’ll be seeing it swimming across my pond any time soon 😆DS and the GKs have been and gone.Making chickpea, spinach and tomato curry for tonight’s dinner, well for me anyway, Mr SA is having lamb rogan josh. Pink cava has been in the fridge since first thing 🥂I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)7

Morning happy Sunday. The dreaded trip to Primani looms 😬 I hate going in there it’s on a level with BnQ for me. Mr SA is lucky with his finds there I must admit. Personally the only thing I’ve found for me was a pair of ankle boots a few years ago that everyone admired and lasted for a good couple of years. He offered to go on his own 😱 Can you imagine the unsuitable stuff he’d come back with, doesn’t bear thinking about!
Need to take the dog for a run before we go.This time next week we’ll be at the airport, it’s coming round so fast now.Today’s exercise will be walking to/from town and round and round Primani shouting after Mr SA to mind people and displays with his scooter.Tonight’s dinner is salmon in lemon and herb marinade with roasted Mediterranean veg. The coming week’s meal plan will revolve around using fridge stocks up.Loads of things to remember keep popping into my mind so I really must make a list.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)7 -

I hope it goes better than expected! My best Primarni things have been scarves, a packable mac and a particular sweatshirt that's lasted me years and had a few compliments. Oh, and pyjamas/underwear. Dresses, tops and trousers - not for me, they just don't fit though I think they may have improved over years.
I work in a semi-residential setting and you won't believe how many un-named Primarni men's black joggers end up in lost property...I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)
