    Happy Thursday.

WFH today so a nice leisurely breakfast and read of my book before logging on.

It will be NSD 4 of April today. Won't be many more of those these month though with the upcoming holiday.

Lotto winnings of the princely sum of £5 have been sent to the Christmas pot. Sent £8.24 to 1p saver pot (this takes me up to next Monday now) and sent another oddment of £4 to the Zante holiday pot just to make the balance to pay an even number 😆 Balance isn't due until end of June.

Have put the wheels in motion for a long overdue catch up with some friends I haven't seen for over a year.

Unfortunately I think a trip into town with Mr SA for a couple of holiday bits is looming. He really does need some new joggers and a sweatshirt to travel in. The only day I'm going to be able to fit it in is Sunday unless DS and the GKs don't come this Saturday. I absolutely loathe shopping with him, it's a nightmare and he always manages to get a new man bag out of it.

Exercise plan for today is 15,000 steps which will include taking the dog for a run on the park plus a lunchtime stretch & tone session.

Making an old favourite spiced butternut squash stew with herb dumplings for tonight's dinner. This is to use up a squash and some natural yoghurt. Oh yes I'm on a proper use it up mission now 😆

Oh how I hate calls at work, I do feel for you. The ex MrWW used to ring me 10 plus times a day as part of a long running control campaign. So embarrassing and awkward 😞 I’m glad those days are behind me.
Could you pick up the joggers and sweatshirt without MrSA?

Good luck with the shopping trip with Mr SA. Men are a nightmare to shop with anyway, without the added stress that you get from Mr SA. You'll need a stiff drink when you get home.
Not heard of the Amazon shopper panel. Will have to look that one up.  The stew and dumplings sounds nice. Not made dumplings for a while...might have to factor them in to this weeks plan.

@Makingabobor2 I had to download the app from the App Store and register my interest. Seems like ages ago I was added to the wait list. The dumplings are just made from SR flour and fat free natural yogurt with herbs and grated cheese.

I am very lucky Mr LH does not do shopping of any kind unless it is tech or music so with clothes he has to put up with what I buy.

Mr ES does not like shopping either unless it is for DIY or tech stuff.  He tends to leave me to  buy his clothes or waits until we are out shopping together. My suggestion is you  get out all Mr SAs manbags (is that even a thing as I don't think Mr ES has even one?) and when he asks you show him the array he already has.  Ideally you could get his joggers and sweatshirt without him.

I am reading your experiences & feeling fortunate, as Mr F really likes shopping - Yes, he definitely favours techy stuff, music & films, but is happy to shop for house & garden stuff, clothes, presents, etc. The only thing is that when buying clothes for himself (bearing in mind we do have a clothes savings pot), he will sometimes pronounce that he's not "paying that" & will refuse to buy a garment he actually needs. He also seems to regard trying something on as an annoying inconvenience, which I've never understood, as it is probably THE best way to avoid costly purchase mistakes.
