We've been in garden in the sunshine as well, will hopefully start on the bigger stuff tomorrow.
The basa sounds lovely. We are having bog standard "white" fish, which I think is pollock, but DH insists on having chips with it. So tomorrow I will be making him have rice with salmon....not his favourite, but I could eat it every day.Making the debt go down and savings go up

Here’s the smoked basa on a bed of lemon and leek rice. The rice is actually lentil rice not normal rice. It was free with one of my WW orders. I added edamame beans and mushrooms because just leek isn’t enough veg for me.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)8

Happy Saturday 🥂
What a beautiful warm sunny day it’s been.Did a live Zumba class this morning then went to the local shops for a paper. Got back and took the dog for a run on the park. After lunch did some more gardening and filled the garden waste bin. Then sat in the sun and finished my book.Tonight’s dinner is pizza, spicy wedges and salad. The pizza is just a frozen one but will tart it up with peppers, onions and mushrooms.Rose cava has been chilling in the fridge since first thing.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4 -
Sounds like a perfect day. Hope the cava was nice.Making the debt go down and savings go up

Happy Easter 🐣
Finally I seem to be over losing that hour and I’m back to waking up naturally at 5am ish.Have won a prize on the Lotto 🥳 I think it’s only two numbers meaning a free ticket and £5. Better than nothing I suppose.Plans for today are to walk the dog to a local park with a garden centre as they’ve got an Easter event this weekend. Might stop off at the pub on the way home as they’ve sent me a voucher for a free gin and tonic. Today was originally earmarked for getting the holiday clothes out but as the weather looks good might as well save that job for tomorrow when it doesn’t look good.I need to strip the bed and wash the bedding today as it looks like the last of the nice days for a while. Also catch up on my Spanish and cash out this weeks survey earnings.Today’s exercise plan is the walking plus a yoga/stretching session later.Tonight’s dinner is a portion of vegan wellington from freezer stocks with roast root veg courtesy of the 19p Easter deals. Mr SA is having some roast beef from the joints I bought on Friday, the rest will go in the freezer. And there is half a bottle of rose cava left over from last night 🥂I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)5 -
Happy Easter SA , have a lovely day enjoying the sun and the gin and tonic if you get there.Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.3
