@Sun_Addict, I know I'm annoyed at myself really but I do feel it's a bit unfair especially because they're so quick scanning stuff, I felt like I was annoying the checkout staff because I put two separate piles of shopping through. and then just put the wrong pile first really.
That's a fab credit on your gas & electric, we moved in November so playing catch up really at the moment, hoping to find some spare cash to pop on the account before winter.2 -
I'm with you @badmemory with the bad dreams-not quite nightmares with this heat...If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

Your garden looks as though you have brought the spirit of your sunny holidays home. Lovely place to relax & read.

The part where my chair lives is the bottom bit I call the beach area. There’s nothing at the back of us so is very private. No shade either so it gets very hot. It’s got steps up to it so it keeps Mr SA away 😆
Waiting to cross a road in the city centre a bloke rescued a beautiful butterfly from the road. It looked like it had been stunned. What a kind thing to do, I hope it survived 🙏I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4 -

Afternoon all.
Worked in the office again today until just after lunchtime. Finishing up at home. What a lovely feeling that I don't have to go back into the office again until Friday. I'm loving my new system.
I was going to book Thursday off as Mr SA had a GP appointment. As he had his results over the phone the appointment has been cancelled so I'll save the day off for a sunnier day.
Today's exercise has been walking to/from work then tonight it's live resistance bands. Got wet walking home, not complaining as the garden is enjoying the rain.
Mr SA has been helping the neighbour remove the old fence panels between our gardens in preparation for putting the new ones up. I say helping, I do wonder just how much help he's been, but he feels like he's done something he classes as man work so he's happy.
Tonight's dinner is stir fry which will use up some bits of veg from fridge stocks.
It's been a NSD too, I really should start totting them up again.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0
