And we won’t talk about the faux pas with the Lid! free fruit item. Picked up the biggest pack of strawberries after checking they were included in the offer. Why oh why did I also pick up a pack of 69p satsumas forgetting that they would be the free item and not the £3.99 pack of strawberries 🤦‍♀️ So cross with myself. Another lesson learned the hard way.

Shame about the free item, it's such a nuisance when that happens - or the annoying converse that you have to make a separate trip to get the other fruit.

It's good that you at least have a diagnosis to work with, regarding Mr SA's issues. I hope he'll comply with whatever they recommend but it's awful when you know there's probably something going on and it gets brushed aside due to another condition.

Glad they have diagnosed Mr SA at last. DH has Colitis and that took a hospital admission before they discovered it.

Glad there's finally an answer for Mr SA.

That's annoying about the fruit, it's the sort of thing I do and then kick myself afterwards!

Here is the chickpea salad recipe. It really is delicious: https://www.veganricha.com/mediterranean-chickpea-salad-balela-salad/
Thanks for this recipe SA, made it this morning and just had it for lunch and it was lush, did have to use lime juice instead of lemon as that was what i had and instead of 2 cans of chickpeas i used 1 chickpea and 1 black eye beans, ate it with a sliced up avocado, will defo make it again.
