Morning all, happy Friday 😎
What a beautiful day it is, shame I'm stuck in the office. Finishing at lunchtime though.
Mr SA was getting up just as I was leaving for work and has already phoned me twice asking what time I'll be back. The first call I was still walking to work! That's the trouble when he gets up so early, he makes it a long day for himself (and others!!) and he's bored already.
It won't be a NSD as I need to stop off at Lid! on the way home.
Today's exercise is walking to/from work. I don't plan to do anything extra today.
Hoping to get at least an hour in my hanging chair when I eventually get home from work.
Tonight's dinner is lightly dusted fish with steamed veg.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)3 -
Thought of you coming down the A1 this morning . Have a sit in your chair when you get home .Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.1

Looks like Mr SA has finally got a diagnosis for his bowel issues. The doctor phoned this afternoon and the results of his tests are showing IBD. Next step is a colonoscopy.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6
