    Morning all, happy Friday 😎

What a beautiful day it is, shame I'm stuck in the office. Finishing at lunchtime though.

Mr SA was getting up just as I was leaving for work and has already phoned me twice asking what time I'll be back. The first call I was still walking to work! That's the trouble when he gets up so early, he makes it a long day for himself (and others!!) and he's bored already.

It won't be a NSD as I need to stop off at Lid! on the way home.

Today's exercise is walking to/from work. I don't plan to do anything extra today.

Hoping to get at least an hour in my hanging chair when I eventually get home from work.

Tonight's dinner is lightly dusted fish with steamed veg.
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)

We had lightly dusted sole last night. Is it the one from L*d! that you buy?  I love that one.

I can see why Mr SA gets up early now , its way too hot to lay in. Our upstairs is like an oven.

Thats sort of good news. Not that there is an issue but at least you will know and they are taking it seriously.
