Thanks for sharing the link, I've saved it to have a look.  I like the little short workouts that you can just fit in somewhere.
I’m enjoying it so far, she doesn’t do anything crazy that hurts - well not yet anyway 😆

    Happy Friday 🥳

Only just remembered I didn’t do day 3 of the abs challenge, totally forgot 🤦‍♀️ Oh well days 3 and 4 combined tomorrow.

Have been in the office today but had my usual early Friday finish. Didn’t get home until 4 though.

Had a short potter around the city centre before making my way home. Good bargain in MnS with 2 packs of the Simply Cook type kits reduced to 20p each.

Stopped off at Lid! on the way home. Mr SA met me to take the shopping on his scooter.

Sat in my hanging chair with my book when I got back home. Annoying that the time was limited as I had to cook dinner 😞 I could’ve sat there a lot longer.

DS and the GKs aren’t visiting tomorrow due to yet another party for the GKs. DS has sent a Father’s Day present for Mr SA though. I didn’t realise it was Father’s Day this weekend, it seems early this year. Isn’t it just yet another way to try to squeeze money out of you - Valentines, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, all one after the other.

Another one thanking you for the link to short videos.
I think Father's Day is the newest of the bunch...
