Despite lots of googling still haven’t found out anything about the Mayo match that was going on today so if anyone can enlighten me I’d be grateful. Just being nosy now 😆I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)3

I'm more worried about your googling, I literally just put 'mayo match' in 😂https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6466032/an-in-between-phase/p1

Just tried that and yes all the information I needed 🤣 Not good for the blokes in the local though, bet they’ll be drowning their sorrows right now 😬PennysIntoPounds said:I'm more worried about your googling, I literally just put 'mayo match' in 😂I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4 -
That's Monday done.
Worked in the office until lunchtime and finished up at home. I've had a new work laptop today so had a fair bit of downtime while it was reloading my profile. Then when I got home I had to set the WiFi back up on it. Anyway it seems to be up and running now.
Today's exercise has been walking to/from work and I'll be doing a 7 minutes upper abs session shortly from the 30 day abs challenge.
Monday finance check done. This is the final week of the 4 week budget period.
Stopped off at Lid! on the way home to pick up my free fruit item.
Tonight's dinner is an old favourite recipe, nutty sweet potato and lime stew. I sub the peanut butter for PB Fit protein powder and don't bother with the chopped nuts on top and it's still delicious.

Forgot to add - I had an email from 0ct0pus today saying they're putting up my monthly direct debit by £20. Really - I'm £425 in credit and this amount will build up over the summer months. I've sent them an email to ask why they think this is right when I'm so much in credit.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6

We did too, @Sun_Addict. I checked their online account balance tool (based on the records they have of our energy use) & even their own figures indicated that a large monthly increase (of over 60%) was not necessary. We too were in credit. Defo worth contacting them. I opted to increase our payment a little (my choice) but refused to pay what they were asking as there was simply no evidence it was necessary.

you can go online and just reduce it to whatever you like. Hope they are not going to put ours up, as we are not that much in credit.Sun_Addict said:Forgot to add - I had an email from 0ct0pus today saying they're putting up my monthly direct debit by £20.
