Really - I'm £425 in credit and this amount will build up over the summer months. I've sent them an email to ask why they think this is right when I'm so much in credit.Fashion on a ration 2025 0/66 coupons spent

Morning all, happy Tuesday.
WFH until 8.45 then I have a hairdressers appointment at 9. After that I will be making my way into the office for the rest of the day. Tonight I have the park volunteers group meeting which I would decline in normal circumstances but we are finalising plans for a summer event next month.
I could've sworn I'd booked a Mr M delivery for 6am this morning but turns out it's booked for tomorrow lunchtime. No idea what the reasoning behind this is unless I couldn't get an early slot but I must've thought it was a good idea at the time!
Mr SA is getting himself stressed as he's had a bowel cancer screening test come through the post and has managed to convince himself this is because the GP thinks he has bowel cancer. He phoned me 3 times at work yesterday worrying about it.
Today's exercise is walking to/from work, an abs session from the challenge and walking to/from the meeting tonight.
Tonight's dinner will have to be something quick so I might have the leftover portion of sweet potato and lime stew.
Spends should just be a drink in the pub where the meeting is tonight.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4 -
Both Mr LH and I get regular bowel canvcer screening tests.2

You have reminded me that I need to contact OFTM about our energy direct debit. I think it is set too high, we are already almost £300 in credit which is 3.5 months of payments for us so we could lower our monthly payment. Plus we are now on a cheaper tariff as well.
A job for today I think. Thanks for the reminder.2 -
Oh poor Mr SA - not surprised allowing for his history that he is worried about it!
On the very rare occasion that Octopus try messing with my DD I just re-set it in the app. It's by far the easiest I've ever found dealing with such things with an energy supplier! I suspect I will opt to increase ours a little ahead of the winter, but right now we are using barely any gas, and electric is sitting around about the 13p/kWh average, so we should accrue a lump of credit over the next few months anyway. Of course chances are that electric price won't stay low for long with the current world events, but there you go!🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

There’s me saying the only spends today would be a drink in the pub. Forgot about my hair 😆 So not as cheap a day as predicted but all planned and budgeted for.Only just got back from the park meeting, absolutely shattered. The pub was really busy for a Tuesday night although they’re doing 40% off food during the week. It was quite funny to see people’s reactions when two uniformed police officers joined our meeting, talk about rubber necking. Ooh what’s going off there then Doris 🤣
So glad I’m WFH tomorrow I don’t think I could face traipsing into the office and back.I’m going to look at the 🐙 app tomorrow and alter the direct debit so it’s the same as it is now then revise after the summer as the credit will have built up even more.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)5 -
"It'll be that SunAddict they're here to see, what with her stealing the work of the reformed offenders trying to tidy the park, not to mention her crimes against manbags" 😁

Morning all, happy hump day.
@PennysIntoPounds 🤣🤣
WFH today thank goodness. I was enjoying a nice leisurely coffee with my book when the dog got up followed by Mr SA. The dog took over the sofa so I took that as a cue to go into my office.
I did my usual live yoga class then tagged today's abs challenge on to the end of it to get it done. Taking the dog on the park later then it's a live Zumba class at 6.
Mr SA got up far too early and has already asked what time we're taking the dog out! It's alright for him he's got absolutely nothing to do all day but sit outside in the sun, even though he's been told not to due to already having one skin cancer removed from the side of his head.
I've got a Mr M delivery arriving at lunchtime so not a NSD.
Tonight's dinner is another old favourite, smoked basa with lentil rice, cauliflower and leek.
I need to chase up the council as they didn't collect the garden waste bin yesterday - we pay an annual fee for this so not happy! They sent an email reminder to put it out on Monday night so goodness knows what happened.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6 -
Impressed that your lot remind you about putting bins out SA, although less impressed that having reminded you they then fail to do what they emailed about!
That smoked basa sounds nice - I've seen you mention that before. Is that from Lils or somewhere else?🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

Yes the smoked basa is indeed from Lils in fact it's on the weekly offers starting tomorrow 4 pieces for £3.29, it's skinless and boneless too. I always pick up a couple of packs when it's on offer.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)2
