Money wise, I've done the midweek finance check and paid off the cc balance. I've had an email from the vets to say the dog's pet plan is going up by 99p a month. Nothing ever goes down does it!
Today's exercise has been dog walking and it's Zumba at 6pm.
I'm trying a new recipe for tonight's dinner as I have an aubergine I need to use up - aubergine & edamame noodles from the Deliciously Ella app. I can't share the recipe as you need to be a member to view it.
I have a load of ironing to do thanks to a dry, sunny and windy day. Bit chilly in that wind though. I also need to vacuum round everywhere. I'll need to shampoo the stair and landing carpet this weekend as Mr SA managed to tread in some dog poop and shuffle it all over the house before he noticed 😣 I've managed to clean it up but it's left a few stains.

Oh no to the dog poo and the airborne booze SA!🥴
Good to hear that Mr SA is enjoying wearing all the new found clothes now you have sorted out his wardrobe. Should stop the pester list for a while - apart from the orange lens sunglasses that is! Very 1960s psychedelic! Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟

Morning all, happy Friday eve.
WFH again today and so far so good the new office/WFH days are working really well. I'm actually looking forward to going into the office tomorrow for a change of scenery. Glad I'm not in the office today though or I would've got soaked walking in.
Today's exercise is dog walking later this morning (if it stops raining), a lunchtime live kettlebells class and live Zumba tonight.
Tonight's dinner is the aubergine and edamame noodles recipe I ended up not making yesterday because I didn't realise I was out of miso paste. Rather than make something else (I was quite looking forward to this particular meal) I grabbed something from freezer stocks instead. I added the miso paste to today's shopping delivery; I use it a lot and don't like to be out of stock.
Not a NSD unfortunately as the things that flew out of the delivery van yesterday are arriving later today - hopefully if the driver closes the door properly 😆I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)7 -
We got hit with the dogs vet plan price increase as well this year.
It was expected though because he has got over 8 years old which puts him on the senior plan now. He gets a few more bits and bobs included as well though.
In fact we expected it last year but got away with an extra year on the cheaper policy
Fingers crossed you get your shopping in one piece today!1 -

I prefer not to think how much we pay for pet insurance but it does give peace of mind. I have never gone for the vet care plan so cant comment on a price increase.2

Woo hoo it's Friday 😁 To say this was my first full week at work since April it's flown by!
I'm in the office today but finishing shortly. Always finish early on Fridays.
DD left early this morning for her gall bladder op. Hopefully it will all go smoothly. She might be home today it depends on how it goes.
It won't be a NSD as I need to pick up a few things on my way home from work. Got another bag of textiles to drop off at the Primani recycling point.
Got soaked walking in this morning. The sun was trying to come out when I set off but halfway into the city centre it poured down.
Tonight's dinner is air fried salmon with coriander & lime rice and steamed veg.
Looking forward to putting my feet up with a G&T later.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)3 -
DD is only just back on a ward after her op so I guess she won’t be home tonight.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)5
