  • Happy Saturday, glad you are feeling better.  Zumba live sounds good, hope you enjoyed it.  I've tried it a couple of times, but don't have any co-ordination and end up facing the wrong way, turning the wrong way.....

Love a good fettle, nice to get top side of things isn't it.  Have a good rest of the weekend.

I've got the subscription for Duo and it's better than the free version, so I shall probably renew once it comes up.

Hope Mr SA isn't too bad today.

I like the use up challenge for the new year!

I'm tempted to the Duolingo offer as well - It would be quite useful if I could check why I've gone wrong sometimes! That facility disappeared off the free version when they stopped us interacting with other learners. I'd be interested to hear what others think are the advantages of the paid version.

I like your 'use it up' mission, SA, and I think I'm going to copy you.  :) I foresee lots of vegetable curry in this house in January.

Regarding your retirement, I have a feeling this has been mentioned before but I can't be sure - do you actually have to retire? Work is about more than the money and for you there's the 'having your own space' aspect. You are obviously valued there so there's feedback to you in terms of self-worth.

I hope Mr SA is better soon.
