We had to hard wire our we fi (fortunately n the same room) because when they put the new router in we didnt take into account there is a wall between the router and the computer. Mr LH prefers to hard wire when possible for some reason. It was years before he agreed to have wi fi turned on. He can be very anti new tech. He hates me using internet banking but the only times we have been scammed it has been on his card although I use mine far more even when shopping on line for him. He nearly always gets me to pay for stuff.

More tidying up and decluttering done after work. Moved a pile of CDs to my office as that’s where the radio/CD player is. Rediscovered my old Bargrooves CDs and have picked out one entitled Autumn to listen to tomorrow. 

Found out Mr SA had the electric fire on again while I was out of sight. I knew this would happen 😐

Dried some sheets in the new washer dryer, now got a wash on. I only plan to use the dryer when I have to. It’s very easy to use, no doubt I’ll end using the same couple of programmes like my old one - the hot wash for bedding and towels and the quick wash for everything else 😆 Happy with it so far anyway. 

I’m so glad the work is all done now. It was a fair bit of upheaval but well worth it in the end. It’s also made me declutter and get rid of loads of stuff which is a good thing.

Is there a separate fuse or something for the heat part of the fire? It would be good if you could disable that bit so only the flame mode could work. 

I’m glad all the work and decorating is finished and is as lovely as planned.

Mr SA really is a nuisance isn't he? I honestly don't know how you do it. There must always be the question is it his illness or is it just him deliberately winding me up ?

The brain injury has made him very child-like and he likes to think he's doing something he shouldn't be. There's no need for him to have the fire on when the heating is on. Once the novelty of the new fire has worn off he'll forget about it and move onto the next thing hopefully.

Morning all.

WFH again today, the WiFi is still a bit intermittent in my office but the extender is arriving today so will hopefully make a difference. If not, I'll have to move my desk to another wall where the signal is stronger. 

Mr M delivery has been and all packed away. I took advantage of their wine offer 25% off 6 and ordered 12. I've got plenty in stock now in case the prices hike in the Budget. 

I need to finish putting everything back in the bathroom today now the paint is dry. 

Today's exercise is dog walking later this morning, bums & tums at lunchtime and resistance bands tonight. 

Tonight's dinner is an old favourite harissa prawn orzo, not had that for a while.

There's not really room for it anywhere else @satchmo1, he's behaving himself so far today 😆

Finally cashed out £25 on Opinium. I've been just 40p short of cashing out for the last few days. 

The internet has been fine since first thing this morning, isn't that just typical. 

Mr SA put the toothbrush holder, mirror and picture back up on the bathroom wall so that kept him occupied for a while. The toothbrush holder isn't very straight but trying not to look too closely at it!
