Love the offers in L!d!, got 2 packs of minced turkey yesterday with 30% off and some bread rolls.  Looked for the Beetroot burgers but couldn't see them anywhere. Will ask next time I go, as they always sound nice when you mention them. It could be that only certain branches stock them.

Mr SA has resurrected his baseball boots pester and I’ve been shown countless pictures of them on his phone. Apparently he has no decent footwear amongst the 20 plus pairs of assorted footwear he owns and he simply must have some baseball boots 😞

I’ve managed to stop the pestering for now by saying I’ll take him shopping next Saturday. There’s a pester pot in place to cover these eventualities. No doubt the acquisition of said baseball boots will result in them being deemed unsuitable and consigned to the footwear graveyard along with the countless pairs of abandoned canvas shoes 😬

Oh dear to the baseball boots - but I suppose it could be worse. Didn't he want a bullet-shaped necklace just before travelling abroad?

Perhaps he'd accept the shoe-hoard being weeded out in the interests of 'making room for the new ones'?

At least you have the pester pot in place for this.

I think Mr SA & Soot are pester-twins! Soot trying it on for his lunch the minute we got through the front door at 9.50am!
