Some of you may remember I was after the Cafe del Mar gin a couple of weeks ago. I was going to order it online for £36 but there was also a delivery charge on top. During lockdown I was in the Craft Gin Club but cancelled after a few months. Out of the blue they emailed me asking if I wanted to rejoin for 30% off the first box. Unbelievably gin of the month is the very one I’m after so rejoined and received all this lot today for £31.50. So I’m a very happy bunny.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)13

I had to have a small sample of the gin, just to make sure it wasn’t off 😉 and can officially confirm it’s delicious. I shared one of the bags of snacks with Mr SA. The pineapple juice and pina colada syrup will be donated to DGD who claims she loves pina coladas after having a mocktail ice pole 😆 I love pineapple but hate pineapple juice. Mr SA has his eyes on the chocolate.I think I’m going to keep the subscription going until Christmas and see if I think it’s worth it. Last time I cancelled because I didn’t always like some of the extras (although Mr SA did), the gin was always excellent and great to try something different I wouldn’t normally buy.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4
