    True 😆 When I do the week’s meal plan for Mr SA it takes less than 5 minutes. Now and again I throw in a curveball and make him try something different.

    Just to let you know I've now tried the lentil and mushroom casserole and it's a keeper! I used half the quantity of marmite and it was still a bit salty for my taste so perhaps next time I will miss out any added salt - but as you mentioned, leaving the marmite out is a perfectly feasible alternative (unless you like marmite as much as I do).

    I made yogurt and flour dumplings too, which suited the rest of it very well.
    I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)
