Thank you everyone for your get well wishes. I'm feeling a fair bit better today although still feel very weak and wobbly, probably due to lack of food.
Not sure if today will be a NSD as we are on the verge of running out of bread. I'm hoping it will stretch until tomorrow if I can fob Mr SA off with a jacket potato for his lunch instead of his routine ham and cheese sandwiches. Drives me nuts how he won't deviate from this, I would be bored to tears with the same lunch every single day, 7 days a week.
I'm thinking about taking tomorrow as a day's leave so I can start to catch up on all the things I haven't done this week. I thought about taking Monday off too but I really need to pick up an order from M&S by the end of Monday or they will send it back and I'd be able to pick it up on my way home from work if I was in the office. I don't fancy going into town this weekend as Mr SA will want to come too and it will just turn a quick trip into an ordeal.
I'm going to give the live lunchtime Pilates class a go today as it's usually really relaxing. I need to get back on it with the exercise now but building it back up gradually over the next few days. I hate not being able to exercise.

I booked tomorrow off work so will go to Lid! tomorrow when hopefully my legs won't feel so weak. I think it's low blood sugar making me feel so wobbly, it's something I suffer with if I don't eat enough or leave too long between meals. I've had some home made soup and there are some cannellini beans in the soup so hopefully that's enough carbs to make me feel better. I fancy a stir fry with noodles tonight, it's so good to have my appetite back.
I went ahead and made Mr SA a jacket potato with cheese and salad and he enjoyed it despite the initial look of dismay on his face when presented with it! So that's NSD 8 clocked up as there's enough bread left for his breakfast.
The Pilates class was a lovely gentle stretching one so was nice and I feel better for it.
I shall be sneaking in another episode of Happy Valley after work 😁I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)7 -
I would just refuse to make the same lunch every day. I would serve up something different and tell him to eat it or leave it but there will be nothing else!!

At least if he has the same every day it is one less decision to have to make.
