You can get washable incontinence boxer shorts, they are similar to period pants.  Combined with a pad, they might offer more protection but look more like normal underwear,

Thank you I’ve been considering these.

    Happy Saturday 🥂

Got up early and spent some time reading my book with a coffee. After that made a vegan banana loaf as I had some bananas needing using up. While the loaf was baking did my usual Saturday morning ClubFit class then went to Lid!. Not been to Lid! since before we went to Lanzarote.

After lunch spent some more time in the garden tidying and weeding. It’s looking so much better now thanks to chipping away at it. I was going to jet wash the patio but didn’t feel like it in the end so that’s a job for another day.

Noticed DD has repotted her avocado plant using one of my blue pots from the Mediterranean themed area of the garden and used the best part of a bag of compost. She replaced the pot with a orange bucket 😐

Exercise has been lots of walking, ClubFit and gardening resulting in just over 20,000 steps so far.

Tonight is pizza and Prosecco night 🥳

Lots of exercise and you have had your nails done. Pizza and Prosecco...all sounding much better than when I last visited. Enjoy the BH :)

  • The cheeky madam 😂 Is there an equivalent size/use thing you can sneakily swap in her room for a laugh?

Hope you enjoyed pizza and prosecco

    Happy Bank Holiday Monday.

Unfortunately yesterday evening Mr SA had yet another accident and I ended up on my hands and knees cleaning the hall carpet 🤢 It’s fair to say I’m going to have to have it professionally cleaned. This carpet is less than 2 years old and I paid a fair bit for it because I wanted a decent one that would last. He’s ruining it, I could cry 😞

    Anyway…

Went to BnM this morning for some fence paint, got a huge 9 litre tub that will do the lot, hopefully. Picked up a fence paintbrush too as you can bet we wouldn’t have one if I didn’t. Also bought a few bits and bobs needed like a new peg bag and mixing bowl.

It’s a fair walk there and back so over 17,000 steps done, aiming for 20,000 total but it may well be more.

Finished reading The Affair by Santa Montefiore, it was both lovely and a bit sad like all her books, a real bit of escapism and I was sorry when I finished it. Now reading The Trial by Rob Rinder.

The weather is good today so the washing is out including bedding yet again!

Tonight’s dinner is scampi, celeriac and swede chips and steamed veg.

Need to clean the bathroom and do a bit more gardening this afternoon.

Sorry about the carpet. Not sure what the answer is except better incontinence products. 😢
