Happy Friday, another week flown by!
In the office today, planning to finish at 1.30 IF I can get the bulk of my lengthy to do list done. It's very quiet at the moment hardly anyone here but then it is still quite early. Oops spoke too soon the email requests are coming in thick and fast and adding to my list 😐
Exercise is walking to/from work. Tonight's dinner is the last of the tuna steaks from the freezer and some Mexican rice also from the freezer. Will add plenty of steamed veg to this.
Weighed myself a day early this week and have lost another ½ lb taking me to 5lbs off for holiday so definitely smashed my target of 4lbs off. I can feel the difference in my clothes and waistbands feel a lot looser.
I need to nip to Lid! on the way home and I've also got the hairdressers at 4pm so not a NSD. I'm also going to treat myself to a coffee from the work C0sta in a bit.
So looking forward to putting my feet up tonight with a large glass of red, I'm shattered!I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)8 -

Well done with the weight loss.
Its amazing isn't is how quickly you feel better for losing a few pounds?
We were totting up what we have both lost last night and it equates to 3 cases of 18 beers. Can't imagine carrying around a case and a half of beer all day, but we were doing!!
Hope work isn't too busy for you today.5 -
I’ve done the bulk of my work to do list with a few things to roll over to Monday. I can WFH Monday rather than go into the office which is an immense help. My line manager has suggested I switch my online mode to out of office on Monday to prevent fresh requests coming in.Hair has been cut and the hairdresser has shown me how to use a diffuser properly and use a salt spray to create beach waves. Not one person has noticed I had a few inches cut from the length 6 weeks ago! Mr SA said it’s because it still looks the same 😐 Personally it’s a lot bouncier and wavier so I’m happy to keep it this length.Mr SA has had a fall this afternoon, first one in ages. He’s ok but shaken. By coincidence the falls team are coming to assess him on Monday so another good reason for me WFH.It was so good to walk home up that long steep hill with the heavy backpack on knowing it’s the last time until 8 May 🥳I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)12

I hope mrSA is ok.
i cut my fringe a while ago and no one noticed…including MrWW 😅 I had grown it out and hadn’t had a proper fringe for a few years so it felt quite drastic to me, but apparently not to anyone else 😁 Your bouncy beachy waves sound beautiful. Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

Happy Saturday 🥂
Have already been to the big Mr T with the soft plastic recycling. Had to buy some coffee pods as we won’t have enough to last the weekend.Got back home just in time to do my ClubFit session so I’m on 11,000 steps already.Just having a coffee break then need to take the dog on the park. The weather is beautiful not a cloud in the sky but it’s cold. One load of washing out and another one in the machine.I’m having my nails and eyebrows done this afternoon.Must give the house a good clean and tidy the garden this weekend. Also still need to pack my case!Mr SA is worrying about whether he’ll have enough lip balms 🙄
Tonight is pizza and Prosecco night 🥂I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)9 -
