Can highly recommend the walking workout. The women who do it are twins, they don’t speak but the instructions come up on the screen. It was really easy to follow and the music was brilliant. They do it outside and the scenery is amazing. Will definitely do another one of theirs.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4

Morning all
Happy Tuesday and a nice sunny start to the day here.
Working in the office today and this morning I'm presenting at an event which is totally out of my comfort zone but hey ho.
Picked up my free coffee courtesy of 0ctopus.
Not sure what's going on outside the office, there seems to be some sort of media presence. The security guards seem to be on full alert, I expect I'll find out something later. If they're waiting for one of our big chiefs they've got the wrong day, she's coming tomorrow.
Today's exercise is walking to/from work and resistance bands tonight.
Took a portion of veggie sausage hot pot out of the freezer for tonight's dinner which I'll have with lots of steamed veg.
