Looking forward to finding out what the hooha outside your office was about.
I imagine you will do an excellent presentation. If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

Morrisons and AIdi both have lots of veggies at 19p - great for soup-making. I'm boiling up carrot and swede for mash. What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?4

The presentation went well thank you. So glad it’s done though.Absolutely shattered tonight not stopped since I got home. Mr SA had knocked over the pond fish food and it was all over the place outside so had to clear that up as was concerned it might attract mice or rats. Then the Mr M delivery arrived. Then it was time to cook dinner. Did the resistance bands class. Just got to pack away the dishes and wipe round the kitchen then I’m having a long soak in the bath and going to bed.Another full on work day tomorrow with the visit from the big chief. Met her before and she’s lovely, really down to earth.Roll on Thursday!I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6

Nothing better than a big chief who is down to earth…..can’t be doing with those who think they’re above everyone.
Well done on getting cash off the holiday. More bum bags and necklaces for Mr SA 😂😂 Enjoy some treats with it 👍
The salmon recipe you posted sounded lovely 👍January spends - £587.582 -

Morning all.
I've finally emerged from the 2 day events madness and back down to earth to decompress 😆 So glad it's all done and I'm WFH today. I'm absolutely exhausted!
Payday woo hoo! A couple of oddments amounting to £10.26 have been sent to the Christmas pot and £100 has gone to PBs. Savings money set aside for 1 April when I can send through. CC has been paid off.
Still haven't had the CT bill!
The £50 refund from J2 has hit the CC so this is being earmarked to pay for the airport lounge which I must remember to book.
I stopped off at Lid! on the way home from work yesterday and was very disappointed to find they'd sold out of the cheap veg. I expect new stocks will be coming in though and Mr T are also doing similar so might just get theirs as they're a lot closer than Lid!. Already bought the Mr M ones on Tuesday's delivery.
Today's exercise will be dog walking later this morning, a lunchtime HIIT session and Zumba tonight.
Making a veg lasagne for tonight's dinner.
Should be NSD10 today. Would've been 11 but bought Mr SA a book from eB@y last night that he "desperately needs" for holiday. He claimed it was Karl Pilkington's latest book - it's actually from 2011 but he wasn't having any of it. It's because he's become obsessed with old episodes of An Idiot Abroad and can't remember watching them the first time around so in his head it's a new series. He often insists on a new book for holiday and he rarely gets beyond the first chapter, he's lost his powers of concentration. He won't read fiction so it narrows down what he can read. The first of the holiday pesters 😆I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6
