Pleased Mr SA is ok.
Thats a good deal on the frozen stuff. I couldn’t fot another thing in my freezer though. I need to start using some things up.January spends - £587.582 -
I need to defrost mine but just seem to keep putting more in rather than using up. It hasn't helped that I managed to slop some soup when putting it in & didn't even notice. Then someone didn't close the door & we had a minor defrost situation. Trouble is a friend keeps bringing me (lovely) fresh stuff & so I batch cook & freeze half. Then feel guilty if I actually use that batch cooked meal because I may waste the fresh stuff.

Years ago, mum bought my dad a Jack Russell puppy that was in the pet shop window (when pet shops still sold animals). Dad came home from work to find his present asleep on the sofa. She was a lovely dog and her and my dad adored each other. It was a complete whim as we had gone shopping for a table lamp 🤣. I think the dog gave more joy than a table lamp!

badmemory said:I have a wii fit & it has an imaginery hula hoop. That has been great & since my hip op, which I always want to call my hip hop, I have done better with it than for ten years. Does this hoop work harder on your middle? Mine definitely needs reducing, which it doesn't seem to even if I lose weight.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)2

My first dog was given to me as a 21st birthday pressent. He wasn't exactly wanted and we had no idea what to do with a dog to train him. (My family were cat people) At the time we lived in a very small town and there was no help with his training. He was never a particularly well trained dog due to our ignorance but we loved him anyway. When he died we didnt have dogs for a long while until Mr LH stopped working due to ill health when we were given the little one by a friend who was having cancer treatment while continuing to work full time. By the time she was well enough the little one had been with us a long time so she decided it was better that the little one stayed with us. Since then many dogs have passed through our hands both ours and fosters and we know an awful lot mare about dog ownership.

Enjoying the surprise dog stories 🐶 Neither of our current cats were planned. DD rescued the older one from a pet shop and the younger one from her friend.Forgot to say I ended up getting my hair cut to collar bone length from below shoulder length so about 4 inches off eek! It looks great, I love it, but it might be a different story once I get my hands on it in the morning 😆 I’ve had it a similar length before but it kept flicking up at the ends so I let it grow.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)5

Happy hump day!
In the office today but will be finishing up at home later. Walked to work as usual and didn't screw my coffee cup lid on properly so I have a wet leg where it's leaked. Was cheered up by the totally random playlist Sp0tify has compiled for me this week on Discover Week. One minute I was mentally raving to Euphoria the next marching along to I'm gonna be (500 miles) 🤣 Had to really restrain myself from singing along!
My hair doesn't look quite the same as yesterday but it always takes time to settle down when it's been cut. I still like it though. No one at work has noticed although there aren't many of us here at the moment.
I'm going to have to find a better place for the mini greenhouse as it's blown over in the night. I picked up up and it had blown over again by the time I left for work. Fortunately there's nothing in it at the moment although this was probably why it blew over. However as we live on top of a hill and there's nothing at the back of us, it does get particularly windy in our back garden. I've tasked Mr SA with trying to find a better spot for it today.
Today's exercise is walking to/from work and Zumba at 6pm. Felt quite pleased this morning when a bloke who works on my floor went in the lift at same time as I went up the stairs. I got to our floor before him and it's 12 flights of stairs.
Tonight's dinner is a portion of cauliflower dhal from the freezer with rice.
Money wise it should be NSD4 as I don't need to go to Lid! on the way home and did a couple of surveys before I got out of bed this morning.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)5
