Happy birthday to doggo!2

Hope Mr SA is ok.
Our dog is 12 this year too. She was also a bit of a spur of the moment decision, but a good one. She and our other dog at the time got on really well."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Morning all, happy Tuesday.
WFH today so a relaxing-ish start to the day apart from the dog deciding to get up and take over my cosy reading corner in the dining room so I just had a small space to sit in.
The Mr M delivery has been and all put away. One sub this week all butter muffins subbed for my usual wholemeal breakfast muffins so they've been sent back. I don't do all butter anything 🤢
Had to do a massive freezer tetris shuffle as I took advantage of the online only 10 frozen items for £10. It was a great offer as it included things like frozen sweet potato, sweetcorn cobs, baby carrots, spinach, leeks etc which will be very handy indeed to have in stock when I just want a handful of something. I need to find a tiny bit more space as the edamame beans are coming back in stock in Lid! on Thursday and I intend to buy 5 bags of those. I guess I won't be defrosting the small freezer anytime soon 😆
I have a hairdresser appointment this morning and I'm going to have a good couple of inches taken off the length in the hopes that it might make it a bit more manageable.
Today's exercise is walking to/from the hairdressers, bums & tums at lunchtime and resistance bands tonight.
Having a rethink about tonight's dinner as I was going to try a new recipe but might need to use something from the freezer, we'll see. I had fat free Skyr yoghurt with the last of the berries I bought on Friday for breakfast and I'm making a batch of lentil, carrot and swede soup for lunch which will last me for the rest of the week.
6 weeks today we'll be at the airport 😎

Hope Mr S A is OK after his dizzy turn.
The weighted hoops sound fun although I'm not sure what the advantage is over a normal one? It's a shame all the advertising for them plays up the weightloss aspects rathe than the enjoyment side of it though!
That's a good offer on the frozen stuff isn't it. I'm with you on liking having various frozen veggies in - they are so useful rather than needing to use up a full pack of fresh or having to try to find single items of the thing you want which isn't always workable.🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

Happy birthday to the dog.
Ours was a spur of the moment decision as well. He needed a home so we gave him one. Must admit we also had a few "what have we done" moments in the first few months.
Hope Mr SA is ok after his funny turn.
That carrot looks like one we grew last year2 -
Mr SA is fine thanks. He often has funny turns it's mainly a concern when he's out on his scooter on his own.
Pleased to notice the mangetout and sugar snap seeds I planted in the non heated windowsill propagator are sprouting in abundance.
@EssexHebridean the weighted ball hoops are a lot easier to use and loads more fun. I'm still persevering with the proper hoop though.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)2 -
I have a wii fit & it has an imaginery hula hoop. That has been great & since my hip op, which I always want to call my hip hop, I have done better with it than for ten years. Does this hoop work harder on your middle? Mine definitely needs reducing, which it doesn't seem to even if I lose weight.
