Personally I find Prosecco too sweet. But tomorrow we will be reducing our Cava stock to go with roast beef.

I wish we had a charity shop that did cheap books. Ours all charge £1 per book.

Morning all.The older cat woke me up at 5am pulling my hair. I was dreaming about a cat pulling my hair then woke up to find it was actually happening 😐 Mr SA also woke me up at 2am trying to find Gogglebox on the TV 😐 He’s still asleep in bed surprise surprise.I’ve just put a colour on my hair so waiting for that to take. I need to be a lot more productive today.
It will be a NSD. Just taking the dog to the park across the road.Ordered a new lunch bag from Am@zon yesterday and that’s coming today. My current one takes up too much room in my work bag, I need one that squashes down. I’ve been looking in lots of physical shops but been unable to find what I want.I need to do a meal plan for next week and decide on a soup to make for work lunches. Also what needs using up for tonight’s dinner. Just received an email from PoN with a mushroom chilli recipe so might make that. I’ve got a steak out of the freezer for Mr SA.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4 -
Forgot to add the annual travel insurance is up for renewal and the quote is £7 less than last year so will stay with them this year. I think £61 for the two of us for a year is good considering Mr SA’s medical conditions.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6

That is a good price - especially considering that insurance seems to have gone up generally.I like my Prosecco at the very dry end too.My mortgage free diary: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6498069/whoops-here-comes-the-cheese
