That’s Thursday done. In the office today, had to stay all day as I was being filmed this afternoon talking about my voluntary role. Totally out of my comfort zone but it was better than anticipated. Glad it’s done anyway.Went to BnM in my lunch break but was a bit disappointed that they didn’t have most of the things I went there for. Looked like they were waiting for stock to come in, lots of empty shelves. This is when I miss Wilko.Got back home just in time to do my Zumba class. Step count is almost 30,000 so will hit that before I sit down shortly. That’s the combination of walking to/from work, to/from BnM and Zumba.Tonight’s dinner was the veggie lasagne and salad I didn’t have yesterday because I made a sweet potato and chickpea stew instead. I knew I’d be short of time to cook today so that worked out well plus the leftover stew will become my lunch tomorrow.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)10

Happy Friday 🥳
Was in the office again today and actually saw quite a few people I know. I talked so much I gave myself headache let alone those I was ear bashing 🤣
Finished early probably much to the relief of said people. Picked up the free paper from Waitr0se on the way home plus got a few bits from Lid!
Got home and did quite a few surveys and am now just £1.35 away from cashing out £25 on Opinium.Exercise was walking to/from work and nothing else so only 20,000 steps today. Slipping up 😆
Had a portion of yellowfin sole and steamed veg for dinner. Will shortly be putting my feet up with a glass of vino tinto 🍷I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)7 -

Forgot to say I downloaded a Zumba mix on Spotify to listen to on my walk to work this morning. I just wanted to dance and was wiggling my hips at every pedestrian crossing 🤣 At least it was a happy commute.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6
