Morning all, middle of the week already!

    WFH again today.

Have already done 3 PA surveys and in other money gains I've earned another £5 off voucher from Mr M points.

I need to go to Lid! this morning as I'd planned to go on my way home from work. Must remember to pick up the free yoghurt item as the coupon expires tomorrow. It will clock up a fair few steps so functional fitness at its finest 😆

Today's exercise will be the walk to/from Lid! and Zumba at 6pm.

Tonight's dinner is a veggie sausage traybake.

Bet she’ll loose a lot of volunteers if she carries on giving orders instead of asking. Some folk shouldn’t be in charge.

Tested out the Bluetooth headphones today walking to/from Lid! and I’m really pleased with them. The sound quality is great to say they were only £34.99 (S0ny) and so nice not to have to keep putting earphones back in every 5 minutes when my ears spit them out. When I paired them up with my phone they kept trying to pair up with my work laptop instead. It was like they were saying no we prefer to pair up with this nice expensive Elitebook not your old iPhone 🤣 They kept my ears warm too which is a bonus.

Picked up the free yogurt from Lid! Got a massive pot of fat free Greek yogurt. I’m not too far off hitting the next reward.

The organiser woman only hassled me once today to ask if I had a cash box for the stall.  Just replied with a curt NO. The woman who leads the park volunteer group I’m part of fell out with this woman and now I can see why!

Back in the office tomorrow, have swapped days as I’m presenting at an event in the afternoon.

Bit late posting, have been super busy. In the office all day again and it has been absolutely manic. Anyway the event went well and despite me not particularly enjoying public speaking it was actually a lot better than anticipated.

Just got back home in time for my Zumba class so what with the walking to/from work and Zumba have done just over 26,000 steps.

Tonight’s dinner was a stir fry, just wanted something quick.

Spent £3 in Lid! on things I forgot yesterday.

Back in the office again tomorrow but finishing at lunchtime as I have an appointment to have my ears syringed. Should’ve had it done a few years ago at the doctors but their machine broke and of course now you have to go private so having it done at Specsavers. Last time I had it done oh the amount of gunk they retrieved 🤢 Everything seemed really loud afterwards the difference was amazing.

Off to bed now as I’m shattered 🥱

  • Wonder if my ears need syringing. DH keeps telling me to get a hearing test as I'm always asking him to repeat stuff & think the TV sounds odd, when he thinks its fine. Wonder if its just wax?

My dad just had his ears syringed and he had a dome from his hearing aid embedded in each ear 🙀,  his tv volume has been turned down by about 25 notches!

Had my ears done once and the difference it made was amazing. Should probably look into having them done again at some point. I have always struggled with waxy ears!
