That's Monday done. Worked in the office today apart from the final hour which I did from home. I do have another meeting tonight at 7.30 but that's my local community voluntary work, part of me can't be bothered but it's good to keep in the loop with what's going on and a plus point it's in the pub at the end of my road.
The decision has been made, the bank switch has been put in place. I've jotted down the details of a couple of payments I send out by bank transfer so I've got the sort code and account number. I think I'll move the money in the savings accounts attached to the current account to the Cov Easy Saver then close them. All being well it should be all set up 5 October. I'll have to remember to let DD know the new details for paying her board.
Today's exercise was walking to/from work then the walk later to/from the meeting. Tonight's dinner is Japanese-style salmon stir fry (trying out a new recipe).
Finally picked up the MnS beauty box, thankfully it was worth the wait.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)3 -
Just back from the meeting and winding down before going to bed. It was a good meeting so I’m glad I made the effort. I arrived home at the same time as DD got in from work and she was shocked to see me out so late - 9pm 😆I found a tick in the kitchen 😱 I picked it up in a tissue and it popped 🤢 Anyway it has been removed from the premises in a bin bag. I bet the young cat brought it in on her fur because she’s always going on the banks at the back of our garden. Thank goodness I noticed it!I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4

Morning all, happy Tuesday.
WFH today and tomorrow, happy days. So nice to have time to relax and read my book with a coffee before logging on.
Need to finalise my Mr M order for delivery tomorrow, have had to bring it a day forward as I need to be in the office on Thursday for the awards ceremony.
Today's exercise plan is dog walking later this morning, bums & tums at lunchtime and resistance bands tonight.
Making a sweet potato stew for dinner tonight, need to use a couple up. Not decided on the exact recipe yet though, probably the nutty sweet potato stew I've made before.
Moneywise it will be a NSD day today.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)1 -
