My cat plonked himself on the bed this morning at 5.15 - walked around for a while and then purred loudly and padded enthusiastically for a very long time before jumping off the bed and flouncing out of the room.

We used to shut our cats downstairs and the first dog we had. We adopted a stray or should I say she adopted us. Left her downstairs and she cried and howled…..I came down in the middle of the night and she flew up the stairs and burrowed down the bed where she then slept every night 😂😂😂. Don’t remember her waking us early though

I usually have the dog in the bed, one cat on the bed and the other cat behind my pillow. The cat on my pillow alternates between the young and old one as they both like to sleep there. The young cat doesn’t bother me like the older one does, she just sleeps.

Yes I heard that on the radio yesterday. I’m not doing YG surveys at the moment although I have in the past.

    Morning happy Sunday.

Had a cat free pillow last night although the young one appeared just before 6am meowing very loudly. Then the dog started washing my feet so that was my cue to get up.

I’m going to set aside some time today to plan my week ahead. I’m not getting very far with writing in my new planner. The days just fly by and there’s so much to do at work and at home.

I’m going to try and find time to watch Bank of Dave today. Mr SA wants to see it too so might watch it tonight.

Today’s exercise will be taking the dog for a good run on the park and a nice relaxing yoga session. I’m trying hard to persevere with yoga but can’t say I particularly enjoy it. I much prefer dancing/jumping about type classes but need something for stretching and balance. I’m going to see which live classes are on FitOn today.

Self care Sunday so I have a hair mask on at the moment, going to paint my nails then have a soak in the bath with a face pack later.

I was going to make a veggie sausage risotto for my dinner tonight but realised I had rice last night, don’t want it 2 nights running. Will have a rethink. Going to meal plan and track the week ahead on the WW app. Time to get my cookbooks out and make a plan.

It will be NSD 7 today. Will cash out survey earnings later and tot up this week’s total.
