The vet said the young cat is healthy and in good condition which is good to hear. £8 each way for a taxi 🙁 The vet said she’s put on weight since the last time she saw her - of course she has, she was a kitten a year ago! However she’s still in the small cats and ferrets weight category for the flea treatment, that does amuse me 😆

Did a couple of surveys, strangely kicked out of one about holidays but accepted for one about cars when I’d said I don’t drive 🤷‍♀️

Glad it’s Friday tomorrow, work has been manic this week. Had a lovely complement from my Scottish colleague who said she wished I physically worked with her as we get on so well virtually. We’d never get any work done if we sat next to each other that’s for sure 🤣

Ferrets are pretty cute though 😁 I could imagine my cats faces if I brought one home 🤭

My oldest cat hated getting in a basket and ripped me to shreds every time I had to try and put him in.  Younger cat is so laid back that he walks into the basket at home and docilely walks out of the basket onto the vet's table.

Happy Friday 🥳 That’s another week of January in the bag. 

Worked in the office today but finished early. It’s very rare I do a full day on Friday 😆 However I do work over my hours Monday to Thursday so earn an early finish on Friday. 

Worth going into the office for the £1 Cost@ and cookie deal alone - the highlight of my week, I need to get out more 🤣 

Did some shopping at Lidl on the way home, Mr SA met me with the dog to take the bags on his scooter so the dog got a good walk home. Slow going though as she found lots of things to sniff. She also loves to 💩 in their car park 😆

In money news, redeemed the £2 off voucher in Lidl, they also had frozen Edamame beans for £1.49 a bag when they’re £2.29 in Mr M so picked up 2 bags. I love Edamame beans. 

Also cashed out £6.35 from PA and did a few other assorted surveys. Will exceed my target cash out of £10 this week anyway. 

Walked to and from work so have clocked up just over 20,000 steps.

Morning happy Saturday 🥂

The older cat woke me up this morning by hooking strands of my hair with her claws. Reminded me of years ago when I had my highlights done with a rubber cap and the hairdresser pulled strands through with a hook. 

Doing a live ClubFit session in 10 minutes then will be going to the local shops. No visitors today so a quiet day, hoping to catch up on housework. 

Tonight’s dinner is chickpea curry and rice. Prosecco is chilling in the fridge already. 

Have downloaded a Spanish conjugation app which is a massive help with my learning.

Forgot to say first weigh in this morning and have lost half a pound. Not been 100% on it so pleased with that plus I don’t have much to lose.

Happy Saturday. 

One of mine licks my hair on the pillow, but it’s too long and he does the chokey sounds until I drag it out of his mouth…then repeat 🤣 They prefer to jab their claws in my face to wake me up, it’s a quicker result.
Well done on the loss.
