    Morning happy Saturday 🥂

The dog got me up just before 6am although the cats made a much earlier attempt. I took the time to finish my current read, The Tea Planter’s Wife by Dinah Jeffries, I really enjoyed this book.

DS and the GKs are visiting later.

I’m doing a live ClubFit session in an hour then taking the dog on the part followed by walking to the shops for a paper. I think we only need a paper today so should be a low spends day. That’s my exercise for the day sorted.

Tonight’s dinner is veggie burger, wedges and salad. I’ve got four different types of veggie burger in the freezer to choose from: beetroot, Moroccan style, Indian style and Mexican style - decisions, decisions 🤔

I only used one can of chickpeas and tomatoes and it made two good portions.
I'm very much looking forward to it! I might end up making a smaller batch too: the freezer is full (again).

I love Mr S_A's pester lists. It makes this house feel more normal. The HT asked for a sleep mask last week "because he can't sleep even if there's a tiny bit of light". He regularly falls asleep with the light on and I switch it off before I get into bed.

MrWW is often influenced by tv people too…he’ll be researching some hat like some obscure person on a series we’re watching, or a green jacket just like ‘x, y or z’s’ 🤭

Morning all, another wet gloomy day here ☔️ Getting really fed up with this rain now it’s so depressing.

Plans to have a day in the garden will have to be scrapped. I have plenty of decluttering to make a start on. I need to sort out a meal plan for the coming week. I’m still loosely following the monthly meal plan I made at the beginning of the month with a few tweaks here and there.

It will be NSD 7 today, no plans to go anywhere other than the park across the road with the dog. Thank goodness I decided on Friday for the shopping trip as that was the best day weather wise.

Exercise will be dog walking and a yoga session.

New 4 week budget starts tomorrow, I know I’ve gone over budget with food as I did quite a lot of stocking up this month when things were on offer. Hoping that will translate into an under budget food spend during the next 4 weeks.

Need to decide what to have for tonight’s dinner. Might stick to the meal plan but have a few other options.
