That's fantastic SA! Does this mean another holiday in the sun? Whatever you use it for, you deserve it.

In very good money news I'm finally getting a decent sized cost of living payment from work. Will be in this month's wages. Just waiting for the pay rise to be confirmed now although this will be backdated.
    Great news  :)

The cassoulet was beautiful so will definitely make again. I made two portions so enough for a lunch or another dinner.

With the COL payment from work, although it’s a good amount it’s taxed so need to see how much it is after that. I hope to put most of it to one side but I desperately need a pair of trainers to walk to work in as I’ve worn the bottoms of mine smooth so they’re slippery when it’s wet. I also need some new bath towels.

    Happy Saturday 🥂

Currently trying to locate the source of the “something off” whiff I keep getting 🤔

Doing a live ClubFit class in 30 minutes then will be going to the big Mr T with the soft plastic recycling. Then it’s the park with the dog. Should just about get back before the predicted rain.

Trying another new recipe tonight from the new PON book - mushroom and spinach curry. I’m going to make 4 portions and freeze 3.

Not a lot else happening, might sort out my suitcase this afternoon.

I'm sure the whiffs like the hot weather. We have one too, which I thought was the washing machine but a deep clean, while it improved the washer, hasn't got rid of The Smell.

Sorting your suitcase makes your next holiday sound imminent! How long now?

I love the sound of the smoked haddock dish. I've got loads in the freezer. Must see if I can find the recipe,
