Another one wishing DD a speedy recovery from an exhausting night, and you a speedy recovery from a shock on waking! I hope you enjoy time with GKs later.
I've been inspired by your posting about fitness activities so regularly. Have tried a couple of different classes this month and have settled on a personal trainer for the next 8 weeks as there was a deal on at the gym, and I struggle to motivate myself outside of real life classes. Thank you for motivating me!4 -
Glad she home and doing ok x2

I’m absolutely shattered tonight. I’ve been trying to watch a film and couldn’t tell you what it was about, just kept drifting off. Mr SA has just found an ancient episode of Gogglebox so guess that’s my cue to go to bed!Thank you for all your good wishes for DD. She seems ok and has been up and about after having a sleep. The GKs were good and left her alone even though they love going into her room because of all her gaming equipment.A low spends day as only bought a paper and a balloon for DGD’s birthday. Cashed out £38.54 from Prolific still got £3.70 waiting for approval, that will be added to July’s total now. Over £80 in survey earnings for June so a good month.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4

Forgot to add I cancelled a beauty box subscription I’ve had for years where you can choose 3 items from a monthly list. It was only £9 a month but I felt it was no longer worth it as I’ve been struggling to find anything I want for a few months now.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4

Good to hear your daughter's back on her feet.
Great survey earnings over June, well done. Plus effectively a £9 win in the form of the cancelled subscription, that's £108 a year, isn't it? I think part of the power of subscriptions is that we go on paying and however good they are, inevitably there will be a point where we get something we wouldn't choose in the shops. The trick is seeing that point and taking action. (Prime gets me every year).
I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)

Morning all happy Sunday and a lovely sunny start to the day.I feel back to normal today thankfully. I’ve made a meal plan for the whole month factoring in some new recipes I want to try, some old favourites and ingredients already in stock. Just making a list of what I need to buy now so I can add to the online shop.
I need to do some weeding this morning that’s a must. Plus catch up on housework. The dog needs a run on the park. Hopefully I’ll get some downtime to relax and read my book.It won’t be a NSD as we need milk, I don’t think it’ll last Mr SA until tomorrow.
Exercise will be walking the dog, gardening and a yoga session later.Tonight’s dinner is chickpea, potato and spinach soup from the WW app. Also making a batch of tomato and basil soup for work lunches.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6
