That’s a full working week done. I finished early today but did extra in the week so still 37 hours.Payday and Friday 🥳👏🥂
Money shuffles all done, need to send money to savings but that can’t be done yet as all regular savers. DD paid her board so that’s gone in the holiday pot.The dog’s insurance has gone up by £10 a month 😱 I had a quick look at comparison sites and struggling to get it any cheaper. I was expecting it as she’s 11 now. However I can phone the insurers and lower the premium by paying more excess, it’s only £99 at the moment. Job for next week is to phone and find out what the difference would be if I upped the excess. In other money news cashed out £20 from QM and waiting for Prolific to approve a small amount then can cash out £40. Add to that the £25 I cashed out from Opinium and that’s £85 in surveys for June 👏
The eBay buyer who hadn’t paid finally paid up last night with an apology for the delay so another parcel posted on the way to work this morning.Worked in the office today, it was really quiet, hardly anyone there and I didn’t speak to anyone all day.
Popped into L*dl on the way home and picked up the free pizza and used my £2 off voucher.Exercise has been walking to/from work, just over 20,000 steps.Tonight’s dinner is yellowfin sole with lots of veg.Looking forward to putting my feet up with a glass of red tonight as I am absolutely exhausted. No doubt I’ll be asleep halfway through the glass 😆I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4 -
I was in m & s today with MrBC and he started looking at canvas shoes - I nearly screeched noooooo but luckily he steered himself away from them!
enjoy your glass of wine.

Not the best start to the weekend as DD collapsed in the early hours and is in A&E waiting for blood test results. I didn’t even realise as I thought she was asleep. She’s just phoned to let me know. Mr SA said he heard a thud about 3am and then the front door go.She’s hoping to be home soon but they won’t let her go until the results come back. What a shock to start the day with.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)2

Oh no! I hope everything is ok. Why didn’t she wake you, did she think it would be easier for you not to alert MrSA? I do hope she isn’t waiting much longer. Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

She suffers from epilepsy but it’s generally under control with meds so I don’t know if it was a fit. Why on earth she didn’t wake me up I don’t know, she just went off to A&E in a taxi. She panics a lot so she probably wasn’t thinking straight. As if there’s not enough stress with Mr SA 😞I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)3

Oh no, what a worry & very brave of her to take a taxi to hospital herself. Hope she is soon sorted out & back home to rest.
