I can motivate myself to do most things, but not exercise. I wish I could enjoy exercising regularly like you do. I find it hard work & very tedious.

That's Wednesday more or less done. Have been in the office today and just need to do another hour before finishing.
Mr SA has been a pain today ringing me every 5 minutes about nothing in particular.
Exercise today is the walking to/from work 18,000 steps and I'm doing a live Zumba class at 6pm so will be on well over 20,000.
Tonight's dinner is a portion of the chickpea, potato and spinach stew I made on Sunday.
Not a NSD as I picked up a few bits I needed from Wilk0 in the city centre on my way home.
I certainly don't feel as motivated as I did yesterday, just shattered!I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4 -
@Sun_Addict - I bet you are sometimes tempted to decline the call & pretend your phone was playing up......although, on 2nd thoughts, if Mr SA was ringing to say he'd had an accident, this wouldn't be an option. It must be so very difficult being a carer at times & I have learned a lot about it from your diary. I wonder if he sometimes rings you multiple times because he is feeling lonely. He really could do with one of these care agencies where someone can be booked just for company or to take him out for the afternoon. I used to know someone who worked a few hours for such an agency. One of her weekly clients was a carer who just wanted to go out shopping themselves for 2 or 3hours uninterrupted, so she spent the afternoon chatting to her partner. The other of her clients was an elderly woman who only wanted to be taken to the local Darby & Joan club to play whist & have tea & biscuits, so she accompanied her there.

I wonder if he has forgotten he has rung earlier. Or if he is doing it just because he can.

Morning all, happy Thursday.
WFH today thank goodness. At least Mr SA won't keep ringing me today!
It won't be a NSD as I'm having my nails done this afternoon. Treating myself out of survey earnings.
Today's exercise is dog walking later this morning, a live tone & stretch session at lunchtime and live Zumba at 7pm.
Tonight's dinner is bean and sausage cassoulet, I'm joining the live WW cookalong at 6pm and this is what we're making. Will be substituting the sausage and beef stock cube in the recipe for veggie. A new recipe for me to try. I keep stocking up on those Linda McCartney red pepper and vegan chorizo sausages when they're on offer because they are so tasty.
I've got a few things I need to do that I keep putting off so I want to tick a few of those things off the list today. Only little things that won't take 5 minutes but I'll feel better once they're done. I also need to clean the living and dining rooms at some stage.

In very good money news I'm finally getting a decent sized cost of living payment from work. Will be in this month's wages. Just waiting for the pay rise to be confirmed now although this will be backdated.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)7
