The shed has been delivered but the shed man has been delayed on a job so can't get until later this afternoon. Typical after I rushed about emptying it this morning but it can't be helped. We've got a huge tarpaulin so can cover up the contents until the new shed is up. There's absolutely nothing of value that needs locking away although Mr SA might disagree re his broken drills 🤣
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping) -.literally have been run over by a bike, mobility scooter and a car - still here 💪4 -
Maybe you can quietly bin them then tell him they've been stolen SA! 🤣

The old shed has gone. He’s coming back tomorrow afternoon to put the new one up. He said he’d take anything we want to get rid of as he has a skip at another job and there’s plenty of room.
I’m going to pop into the office tomorrow morning then WFH in the afternoon.
Mr SA had another tummy upset this afternoon. He hadn’t had coffee, beer or too much food so goodness knows what set it off. He’s been waiting almost a year now for the appointment with the IBD team. He was originally told the average waiting time was 17 weeks! He just keeps getting letters saying he’s still on the waiting list.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping) -.literally have been run over by a bike, mobility scooter and a car - still here 💪4 -
Could he possibly have got his hands on something that you don’t suspect, and eating it on the quiet? Pickles or something?

Or stressing about the new shed install - even though you know he doesn't have to do anything about it.

Brilliant that the shed has been sorted, well done on all your work. Would Mr SA prefer a small amount of money to keeping his drills? Maybe they could be sold for parts or interest on ebay, either in reality or you giving him a tenner and taking them to electricals recycling?

That's a really good idea @PennysIntoPounds, perhaps the idea of a spending it at the charity shop would tempt him?
SA, you are amazing with how much you get done. I imagine you are exhausted tonight but you look after yourself so well that perhaps it will just tone the muscles a little more.
As to the delay in the IBD appointment, does Mr SA have another specialist that could provide a nudge in the direction of a cancelled appointment or something? That's a long time to be waiting, especially as IBD can have other consequences. I hope something comes through soon.

No I don't think so. He was a bit stressed about the shed delivery yesterday though.

Yes he was. Both stress and over exertion upset him. Although he very rarely over-exerts himself 🤣
