is DGD autistic as well ? It can look totally different in girls. We’ve lots of FB groups here for home Ed so they don’t miss the socialisation.

Could you put a piece of vinyl underneath the floor so it can’t sink into the wood ? If they do it again you could just lift the panels, and wipe down the vinyl.

I Wonder if he has been doing this all week with him having his upset tummy a few times. You said it can cause him to get worse and I think you have mentioned a few times this week he has had some accidents.

Do you think he knows you found them or is wondering where they are?

You sound so calm about Mr SA and his drinking tricks but you must be tearing your hair out by now. With a direct link to his tummy problems, its all the more like he's sticking the two proverbial fingers up at you. Grrrr on your behalf. I wish there was an answer. You could breathalyse him I suppose before you give him his evening beers 🤔

I’m sure that’ll be the right option for dgd….hard work for mum though. There are lots of better ways to socialise than the school playground…..some of the children are just downright nasty….although the vast majority are lovely. The whole school environment is just too overwhelming for some children. Hopefully she should feel happier now.

It wouldn't surprise me if she was autistic. DD has only just been diagnosed at 39.

The flooring isn't wood it's thick vinyl panels that look like wood.

I don't think he has. His tummy upsets are mostly during the day and I suspect coffee might not be helping. He must realise I found them but hasn't said anything.
