Safe journey tomorrow.
2026's challenges: 1) To rebuild our Emergency Fund to at least £5k.
2) To read 50 books (12/50) 3) The Re-Shrinking of Foxgloves 8.1kg/30kg
Remember....if you have to put it on a credit card, extend your overdraft or take out a loan to buy whatever it is, you probably can't afford it, as that's not your money, it's somebody else's!2 -
All being well we should be back home around 9pm tomorrow 🤞Currently enjoying a vegetarian pizza and a pink gin.
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping) -.literally have been run over by a bike, mobility scooter and a car - still here 💪4 -
Morning all.
We’ve just been for breakfast and now finishing the packing as we have to check out of the room at 11am. Then a last walk along the sea front before the scooter man comes at 12. We’ll have an hour to kill before the coach arrives around 1pm. Flight is at 15.50.
Mr SA is panicking because he’s only got one lip balm for the flight. He’s very confused and extra wobbly this morning. He has only had one fall this holiday which is good going for him.
Looking forward to getting back home now.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping) -.literally have been run over by a bike, mobility scooter and a car - still here 💪8 -
Hope you have a good flight & get home without any wobble-induced incidents. Get your cardi ready as it's quite chilly in our home county this morning.

I hope things settle down for Mr SA and you have a straightforward journey. As foxgloves says, it's cardi weather here, though warming up.
I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)

We are at the airport just waiting in assisted travel. Mr SA is enjoying a coffee and a slice of Pizza Hut pizza. The airport is empty. Good time of year to come. On the way here the coach driver was playing air guitar to rock music 🤣 Next stop home.
