Morning all.
And just like it’s our last day in Lanzarote. The coach picks us up at 1pm tomorrow so at least there’s no rush in the morning.
Very much looking forward to some healthy home cooked food though, although Mr SA has been in his element chips wise. I’ve missed the dog so much and can’t wait to see her again.
Mr SA was driving me mad yesterday as he decided he needed a hat, despite bringing one with him he didn’t want that one! So a good hour or so was spent trawling the shops yet again. He also ended up with the necklace he’d been pestering for. I was so ready for a sit down with a sangria after that.
I haven’t gone without and have bought myself a few things but they were things I’d chanced across rather than actively sought out.
Exercise wise I’ve been doing at least 20,000 a day. It’s a shame I didn’t bring suitable clothing as the hotel has yoga and Pilates classes.
Despite Mr SA constantly shopping we’ve done really well with the spending money and will probably be bringing quite a bit back. I won’t tell Mr SA or he’ll have us trawling the shops all day trying to spend it!
I need to pack the cases well as they were jammed on the way here and there’s extra stuff to put in now.
Will shortly be going for breakfast. The hotel has a great selection so I can at least have a healthy breakfast of fresh fruit.
Another hot sunny day is forecast so off to make the most of it 😎I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping) -.literally have been run over by a bike, mobility scooter and a car - still here 💪9 -

Thanks all ❤️
We had a lovely last day, still hot and sunny here.
Cases almost packed, all the dirty clothes are in Mr SA’s case everything else is in mine.
Spoke to DD and the fur babies have been playing her up 😬 She’s panicking about a smell in the under stairs cupboard that Google tells her is burning electrics - hopefully not 😱 First thing on the list for me to sort on Tuesday 😞Mr SA is all shopped out and hasn’t acquired anything new today thank goodness. Remind me to take him somewhere with no shops next time!
Tonight’s plan is a pre dinner drink followed by a meal where Mr SA can get chips. He already had burger and chips at lunchtime. Meanwhile I’ll be looking for something remotely healthy, probably an Asian restaurant.
We bumped into the scooter man earlier and he’s picking up the scooter at 12 tomorrow so we have an hour to grab something to eat at the hotel bar before we’re picked up at 1pm.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping) -.literally have been run over by a bike, mobility scooter and a car - still here 💪6
