Bon voyage @Sun_Addict ! You totally deserve this. Is there a way of managing two breaks a year once you retire, I wonder? Love Humdinger xx

It will depend on the money situation as I’ll be about £1k a month worse off. We’ll have to see. At the moment I can’t even get a forecast for my work pension since Cr@pit@ took over the administration 🤬

Have already caught Mr SA trying to sneak the scruffy crocs into his case. He’s gone for his siesta now so I’ve hidden them. He’s already taking 3 items of footwear, he doesn’t need any more 😖

Thank you all for the holiday good wishes 😊

Finances checked and cc balance paid off. Closed off the 4 week budget period. There was an underspend of £66.03 in the food/alcohol pots, £6.03 has gone to the Christmas pot and £60 to the stock up pot. For the other pots there was an underspend of £87.92 so £7.92 has gone to the Christmas pot, £50 to the entertainment pot and £30 to the house pot. Always happy with an underspend 😁

New 4 week budget period starts tomorrow officially but won't start properly until we're back from holiday.
