Annoyingly that will be dictated by whether Mr SA behaves himself 😐

Oh and in case you think I’ve had nothing to eat tonight 🤣 tonight’s dinner was veggie sausages with the PON creamed cabbage and leek recipe plus air fried swede and carrots. I made enough for two portions so that’s tomorrow’s lunch sorted. Plus that’s the last of the Christmas veg swede gone.
Exercise wise it’s been 20,809 steps so far despite the bus ride into work but then my house is a fair distance from the bus stop and work a fair distance from the terminus plus I walked home then did the Zumba class. Tempted to get it to 21,000 😆I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)5 -
Well you can't complain if Mr SA or the dog gives you extra cause for steps tonight 😂
Hope you're having a relaxing Friday evening with wine all to yourself and pondering the MS identities for tomorrow.. 🤔

Afternoon all, happy Saturday 🥂
Up super early so enjoyed some chill time reading with the dog.
Went to the big Mr T to drop off the soft plastics recycling and pick up a few bits on offer.
Had a quick clean up after lunch and tested the new spin mop. Pleased with it anyway. I have to have a variety of mops depending on the situation but a traditional mop is still needed for Mr SA’s ‘spillages on aisle 3’.DS, DIL and DGS visited. DGD was out with a friend so didn’t see her. Told DS about Mr SA’s new cocktail combination of beer with red wine and he couldn’t believe it. Mr SA tried to convince him it was a dodgy can of beer 😐
Mr SA can’t find lip balm so is in panic mode. He drives me nuts with these lip balms. Honestly I wouldn’t recommend looking after someone with a brain injury to anyone 😖
Tonight’s dinner is veggie chilli in taco shells. The taco shells are from store cupboard stocks that I thought were a good idea when they were on offer some time ago but still haven’t got around to using 🙄
Looking forward to pink Prosecco and The Masked Singer later.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)9 -

Thanks for the heads up, we never would have suspected, it all sounds so delightful 😂
You are a superstar and if Mr SA even thinks about at your prosecco I will personally come round and say his lips look dry, yes I'm a be-atch

He’s allowed one glass and that’s his lot 😆
He can come across as almost normal sometimes then he says/does something completely random and you realise…
