I've been away so just caught up and am sorry to hear about your job news
I guess it will take some time to process your options and feelings but a month off sounds good. At least you know whats happening now after all the uncertainty hanging over you. x

I didn't sleep well at all last night, my head is so busy! It's been very nice and touching to see some of the outrage on my behalf and support I've been offered from people in external organisations. I had a meeting with another organisation yesterday where I'll potentially look for opportunities next year. I was on my best behaviour and hopefully came across as innovative and enthusiastic!
I think the boiler repair people are coming today to sort out a leak.
