I've had a productive day today and tackled many of the jobs I wanted to be doing. I've repotted some plants, cleared and cleaned the patio, as well as tidying mostly through the house. I feel better for having done it, just wish I'd done more earlier. Anxiety sucks! I must be more proactive about forcing myself to do stuff though as it helps distract me - though duo lingo has also been pretty good for that too. My free trial is about to end so I think I will treat myself as it's much better without the ads. Little jwil has signed up too, and seems to be enjoying it, so I'm going to get the family plan."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". I looked at the family plan, but it turns out you need Duolingo max to get unlimited lives, which is even dearer than the ad free version…so I didn’t bother. Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

A few survey cashouts today mean a nice pad
We have visitors today, so not much else planned other than little miss's swimming tonight. It's very autumnal out there today so I'm putting a casserole in the slow cooker. The kids can have jacket potato as they won't eat it.
Found out yesterday that yet another person is not going forward. That means all senior staff with direct links to my area don't have roles in the new structure. That's a lot of experience gone!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee3 -
I've put in an online consult with the GP. I feel like my anxiety is getting worse and worse, however much I try and work on it. I thought it would be better when I was on leave, but it's worse, maybe work and running around distracts me more.
Little miss had a good time with her friend earlier, so that's good. Not much else done today."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee3 -

Bless you @jwil I hope the Dr can help. I find I’m super anxious when I’m off work. Worrying about what I’ve not done and if ill be in trouble and what changes have been made whilst I’m away. So I completely get your worries. All of mine were unfounded though, and my anxiety started to die away when I had been back at work a few days. You have so much going on with your job and changes you’re bound to feel anxious. Look after yourself x3
