I just do them out of habit now, so don't really think about it, then I see how the total adds up and am always surprised

I woke up in a foul mood this morning. The kids wanted to go swimming, so I was going to book them in and just spectate, but know that they prefer it if I go in with them. So I went in and as ever it did me the world of good.
Dreading back to work tomorrow. I keep thinking I should just leave, but I need to remember all the flexibility and other benefits I get from the job, which would be a shame to lose, particularly in the short term while little miss is still at primary school. I've also been looking around at jobs over the last few months, and nothing's grabbed me, so there's no point at this stage. I just need to sit out the next few months and if I survive, see how the changes bed in before making any big decisions."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Another 2 items sold today, which I was thinking of removing and donating, so that's good.
My ink cartridges raised £4 for the local charity so not bad for something I just wanted rid of."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee2 -

It's nice to pass the 1000 mark!

I started work at 6.30 and my computer is still updating! At least it's given me a chance to do my duo lessons. Having scanned through my emails I can see that stuff hasn't been done while I'm away 😡. I spend half my life chasing people, it's so frustrating.
I seem to have trapped one of my laptop cables by one of my bookcases, so I'm going to have to try and empty that and untrap it at some point.
Nice hefty pad today as my OP cashout came through"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee4
